SWOT Analysis and Business Model Canvas of the Community Project

 

SWOT Analysis

After visiting the community on a regular basis, I was able to examine some data collected by residents as well as different visualization approaches, where i was able to construct the SWOT analysis.

In order for me to create this model , I had to follow a few steps before the business model canvas was designed. This steps entail:

1. Understanding   the community by knowing its needs, aspirations, and challenges. I conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather data and insights about the community's demographics, culture from residents.
2. Identification of the project's goals , where I defined the objectives of the project and how it will address the community's needs and challenges. 
3. What value the project will offer?
4. Definition of the revenue streams, how will it the project will generate revenue. 
5. The key resources and activities were determined by identifying the resources and activities needed (latent skills and natural resources) deliver the project's value proposition. 
6. Analyzation of  the cost structure will determine the costs associated with delivering the project's value . The fixed and variable costs were found.(shown below)
